Originally from the Brookline area, Micah grew up in Amherst and attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he graduated with a degree in Communications. He began his leap into the real estate industry in 2011 and has been in love with the business ever since. He handles the greater Boston area, and as a Brookline resident he specializes in Allston, Brighton, and Brookline but knows the entire city very well with experience doing business in all Boston neighborhoods.

I'm writing to give a huge thumbs up to Red Tree Real Estate and in particular Micah Snyder who helped me to get a great rental. I had a specific budget, location and list of "must haves" and he helped me find a place that was as near to perfect as I could hope for. He was very responsive to my texts unlike any other realtor I dealt with. He was persistent, prompt to reply, patient with my questions and doubts, and willing to keep pushing even when I had to bail at the last minute on a property I suddenly got cold feet for. Instead of getting frustrated he countered with a suggestion of another property and then when I asked him about yet another place he did the legwork of find out availability, answer my zillion questions, get me a video tour deal with the listing agentetc etc etc etc. That's where I ended up and I'm so happy and can't wait to move in.
