Ioana Mindrean is the best realtor I've ever worked with, and helped me secure a beautiful apartment in the middle of busy season. Throughout my years in Boston, she has been incredibly responsive, flexible to my apartment-hunting needs, and has had a great selection of apartments available to tour across the greater Boston area. She's also helped two of my other friends find local apartments they've been satisfied with. I could not recommend her enough! I have been working with Ioana for 2 years now. If you want to find a great home for the best deal, whether your in crunch time and only have a few months, weeks, or even days or you want to plan ahead and secure a place early, the ONLY correct PERSON YOU WANT to work with IN YOUR CORNER IS IOANA. Not all sales and leasing agents care about their clients as deep as she does. This woman went through hoops and hurdles with me every step of the way, and every time I thought she'd leave because I was being too picky or not liking all the options that were offered at the time, she would buckle down with me and continue the search until I was happy. I have worked with tons of agents and many have been like " well this is all we got, take it or leave it" or have left me to hangout and dry after I asked if they had any other options because they were tired of me not settling, but Ioana was relentless. You'd be doing yourself a disservice if you did not work with her. If you think this is a dramatization, then find out for yourself, you lose nothing in working with her and looking for new homes. I can promise you and almost guarantee you that if you some how don't find a place (which I highly doubt), you will at the very least receive the best service and help from her that will leave you feeling more confident and hopeful in finding yourself a home.
